What is the first day like?

Coming to summer camp is an exciting event, but, especially for smaller children, it can be a bit stressful. That's why we make every effort to ensure that the child feels well taken care of and safe from the moment they get out of the car/bus. Our caregivers will greet the patients at the gate, and the first day will be spent getting to know the center and engaging in team-building activities.

How can I contact my child?

There will be a telephone at the camp that you can call if necessary. Each of our children will call their parents at least once at the designated time. We will set a specific date closer to the departure to make sure that the parent will be able to talk freely with the child. Additionally, every evening we will inform parents by e-mail about what we did that day and we will send photos.

Should you give your child pocket money?

Of course, the center will have a "shop" where children will be able to purchase food products that suit their preferences. The cash will be held by caregivers to avoid the risk of money being lost. The money will also be useful for the kids when they go on a trip outside the center.

How many people are in groups?

Groups consist of 10-12 people. There is one Polish tutor and one native speaker for each group.

What is the food like?

The center serves 4 meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner). This is wonderful, regional cuisine. If your child has any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance. During meals, caregivers sit with the children so that they can also pick up English words at this time.

How to pack a child for a summer camp?

We recommend that children take an active part in packing their bags for the trip. This way they will know what they have packed and avoid misunderstandings. Items should be marked or signed. At the camp we will have a lot of fun and spend time outdoors, it is worth adapting our clothes to this.

A detailed list can be downloaded here.

Our camp is an electronics-free space. Therefore, we ask children not to have phones, tablets, watches or other electronics with them. If necessary, we will provide telephones so that children can talk to their parents. However, we kindly ask you not to leave equipment with children at summer camps.

How many people are the rooms?

The rooms are for 3-4 people, each with a bathroom.

What does medical care look like at the camp?

The safety of our children is our priority, which is why at Camp Fun children have access to medical care 24 hours a day. They can go to our Health Center at any time, where a nurse will be stationed.

Will I receive the necessary documents to obtain co-financing from my workplace?

Yes! At Camp Fun, we provide all the required documentation needed to apply for employer subsidies or company benefit funds (such as ZFŚS).

As a licensed tour operator, we ensure that every camp session is officially registered with the Board of Education (Kuratorium Oświaty). This registration is a key legal requirement for most employers to process reimbursements or co-finance a child's stay.

We provide the following documents:

  • Official VAT Invoices for camp participation.

  • Certificates of registration with the Board of Education.

  • Confirmation of participation for your child.
