How to prepare your child for coming to camp? Information about what to pack, formalities and contact with your child during the camp can be found here.
At our camp, we plan to spend as much time outdoors as possible, enjoying the charms of nature. Therefore, when preparing for your trip, it is worth familiarizing yourself with the packing list we have prepared to be prepared for the adventure. We also recommend that your child actively participates in packing for the trip.

Payment Terms & Financing
We offer a convenient payment schedule to help you plan your summer:

Two-Installment Plan:

The Deposit (700 PLN): To be paid within 14 days of signing the Agreement to secure your child’s spot.

The Remaining Balance: To be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the camp session.

Employer Co-financing & Invoices
We encourage you to take advantage of workplace co-financing (such as ZFŚS in Poland or other corporate benefits).

Official Documentation: We issue formal VAT invoices for camp participation.

Government Supervision: Because Camp Fun is officially registered with the Board of Education (Kuratorium Oświaty), many employers can provide subsidies or co-finance your child's stay.
